I work as a lecturer in the English Department of the University of Liège, Belgium. My teaching and research interests include postcolonial literatures (especially Nigerian fiction) and stylistics.

In collaboration with Bénédicte Ledent, I have co-edited the volume Caryl Phillips: Writing in the Key of Life (Rodopi, 2012). I have published articles on Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Ben Okri, Chris Abani, and New Zealand writer Janet Frame (some of which are available online via the University of Liège's institutional repository ORBi). I also maintain a website on Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie and an online bibliography of works by and about Chris Abani.
